Since the waist harness has left my side with a dull ache I took out one of the clubs seat harnesses for a change and a Carve 135 and a 7m, had some good runs, but couldn't really get used to using the seat harness, really felt like I was putting extra strain on my back, I guess it's what your used to, since there wasn't as much wind as the last couple of days I only had a shorter sail today as the forecast is for more wind tomorrow.
